Literally the worst clinic! Ive been coming here for almost 30years and they have gotten awful! They do not care about their patients. The nurses and front desk people are incompetent. It’s turned into a corporation and it disgusting how they treat their patients. I will never return to this clinic again!

I have a comment about the lady that makes the appointments at the dentist office. It is not the lady at the receiving desk, it’s the lady at the back that makes the appointment once the dentist is ready. This lady is extremely rude! She yells at the patients. I have seen her yelling at the elderly. If I call to make an appointment, she treats me badly and does not have any respect towards me. It happens so many times that I am over it. Because of her I am now looking for another dentist. Even though the dentists are great, I cannot tolerate this lady’s attitude, how she treats me and how I see her treating others. She is an example of an aggressive and toxic work environment / service.

Today my wife called to ask how to register or how to make an appointment, more than anything, she wanted information to attend to her there, but the call was transferred to another place, they made her wait and she did not wait.

I have been a patient for some years now, but last year I was forced to cancel my appointments a couple of times because for emergency reasons with my mother's health, may she rest in peace, I was out of this country and so I had to cancel the appointment and now I have already called a few times to get an appointment and they tell me that there is no one available, so I want to know if they are not going to attend me again or what?? It should be noted that the receptionist is very rude and has no good aptitude with patients and is sometimes a bit scary to talk to.
