Hello, please help me how can I get a personal appointment at your office? I was sent to your office from CBP on July 2 and they told it's urgent case and I should make it in a few days, but still can't make an appointment. I have been calling for a month to do this, but I still can't get it. Because no one on the phone can correct a mistake in my documents. Thank You.

Unfortunately Las Vegas office not have a Waiting room for people. On summer with hot temperatures long lines and no preferences for babies and oldest adults

I did my biometrics today (7/7/2022), and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I forgot that I was nervous at first. :3

Can I send the application for renewal of my green card to your office
Maybe you're trying to find the place I was dating last week and today is my date
N400 is for applying citizenship right?.. If you do it online and submit application.. it will take a little bit over a year to get called for the fingerprinting, then after fingerprint over a month to be called for your interview and after interview a month after is oathtaking.. so maybe a year and a half to finish the process.
$550 and u will need to go and file a form online and u pay online and d process takes up to one year. Check on uscis for the form number Bcos u can't remember it now.
Once you received an appointment letter it means that it is gonna happen on that said schedule.
You will have to apply for the replacement card. Start the process by applying online, on the USCIS website. In the meantime, make an appointment with your local office and have them put a Stamp in your passport. (I 751)
Google will tell you look it up
Once you submit application not over a month you will get some notice to do fingerprint and after 2 to 3 weeks you will receive your card..
Go to USCIS.gov or call for assistance. Normally if you have approved case USCIS sent you instructions to setting online profile and you can upload documents and get all assistance. Best regards
You have to go to the office and ask for the travel permit, they should give it to you without any problem, it is a humanitarian permit and it is accessible
No. Everything is with appointments
Yes just ask the guarda they are very very nices
The current naturalization fee for a U.S. citizenship application is $725. That total includes $640 for application processing and $85 for biometrics services, both of which are nonrefundable, regardless of whether the U.S. government approves or rejects an application.

They told me it was because Covid but I have friends getting an interview.Even my husband who applied at the same time that me and he’s already schedule for his Oath Ceremony. I’m just questioning if there is any mistake with my case because I don’t understand same person gets cancelled twice while there are many days available for interviews. I’ve been calling to the Information Center and nobody are able to give you any answer but : Just keep waiting and checking your page. It’s very frustrating
8am
You can download a copy from online account, uscis.com
Yes, you can hire an immigration attorney or a paralegal inmigracion
Call them
How long was the time between your application and your biometric appointment?
Hi, im a filipino as well and as for your question, i want to try and help and answer your question but first what status you wanted to be changed into, what is your current status here in america, if you are currently a permanent resident that just got married last year, typically unless you are trying to petition your spouse/other half, i dont think you need to report that you're married but if you are trying to petition your spouse then of course it will then be reported that you are married and evidence of marriage is needed to get the petition properly processed. As for your own change of status, if you are here via working visa from an employer meaning your employer filed the form I-140 then you should already be able to file a change of status to become a permanent resident filing form I-485. If you are already a green card holder meaning a permanent resident, you can file a form N-400 for naturalization as long as you meet the 5 year residency and all other requirements.
Depends on what your seeking. I had missed my fingerprint appointment but i walked in and they were able to help me. Friendliest staff too
Yes but they only let you in with an appointment.
if your son is below 18 he is still derivative.
https://www.uscis.gov/forms?topic_id=1131&search_q=Renewal&sort_bef_combine=sticky+ASC Go online at uscis.gov Look for green card based forms, Type in renewal And you can see link to apply online or where you can print forms to mail it.
You fill out another i765 requesting correction
You have to do it online. Uscis.gov make an account then after you can see updates.
No. USCIS field offices do not assist with filling out forms. Most USCIS field offices have disabled infopass appointments. Therefore, unless you have an appointment scheduled by USCIS you may not access the office.
Unfortunately USCIS is not currently issuing requested appointments, however, since processing of most applications are delayed, your status may have been issued an extension, verify on their website : https://www.uscis.gov/working-united-states/automatic-employment-authorization-document-ead-extension
Yes you go at federal building at Badura and make appointment... Don't meet subject you need resolve you need appointment!!! Its clear?
you can not leave 11 months from here
I'm not a lawyer. I did it for myself.
Www.uscigov/forms and fill out forms directly;
Hello, I don't think ID immigration bro.
Show up first thing in the morning on Wednesday, show your 24th appointment proof to security and they let you in to arrange your appointment.
It should be on your Green Card.
USCIS ASC at this location is where you'd be scheduled to go.
You can schedule an appointment with your local office and have a stamp put in your passport. This stamp will suffice until you get a new card
You are best to call immigration and ask them. They are very helpful or you could make an info pass appointment and go and ask them direct. I'm from England and applied to adjust my status with an I-485 application from a tourist visa but her country might be different. All I can say is try and put an application in asap as I only had 3 months to do this otherwise she will be out of status. Hope this helps you out.
You can apply for change of status on your own. You'll have to provide evidence of your situation. I.E. divorce, separation, etc
