I’ve done business with this company before and would definitely say back then they were a 5. Today Kyle proved me wrong. This past summer I rented a Pride GoGo Elite Traveler for a month so we could still go on our vacation. That rental worked out great and we even cleaned it and my husband tightened up a couple things before we took it back. When I called today to book a rental in 6 days Kyle stated they’ve just had too many problems and I could call on the 20th for a 21st pick up. So I guess my business isn’t good enough for Kyle and I will let everyone I know and don’t know just how awesome Kyle at Freedom Medical is. Bah humbug Mr. Scrooge!

My dad bought a hernia brief and after he bought it, he thinks it is small. Went back to exchange it with a bigger size to the shop half an hour after he bought. They said he cant return it. It was bought literally half an hour ago and u don’t return it. Bad customer service. Terrible
