It is so sad that the way this place acts toward people with mental disabilities. I accompanied a patient there and we had a morning appointment. Of course when we arrived the place wasn’t even open yet. Once we went in we were spoken to in a nasty condescending tone and sat in a minuscule waiting area. Then we went back to see nurse practitioner Siazon who was lacking in any interpersonal skills or empathy department. I left disgusted and determined to find a more compassionate and modern psychiatry practice. I strongly recommend avoiding Desert Psychiatry. I’m not sure how Dr. Rosenman is himself but judging the type of place he runs, just avoid it all together. Go to Dr. Peprah or someone with better ratings.

I called to make a new patient appointment. She answered and I stated “hi I need to make an appointment for a new pt” and she said “a new pt ughhhhhh” please hold and placed me back on hold after I just held for 25 minutes, stayed on hold another 15 minutes and got hung up on. Then I call back and no answer. I’ll make sure my therapy center does not refer anymore clients here, so rude!!!
