It depends on the age of the person being enrolled. Also the level of the class, the lesson plan meaning how often they meet and what other supplies or equip is required. If you go on the website they have all the info you're requesting there. Also they have a low income program you can apply for to see if you qualify for a discount. Don't pass up that option, if you're approved it's a major blessing. For your wallet and your kids.

I've never seen showers there so I'm not sure. But if you're just a passer by-er I doubt they'd let you use that particular amenity.
