Office staff is worst I have worked with. After waiting a month for an appointment and being a lot of pain, I called to see if they had a cancellation, which they did. They move me up a week. But when I arrived they did not have me scheduled nor did they have my original appointment on the books. I then began to get the run around saying I couldn’t have an appointment for they had no reference material from a primary care doctor. This was the first I had heard of this after several conversations with Dr. Laura Gitlin’s staff. Dr. Gitlin may be a good doctor but if she can’t manage her on staff, why would anyone on earth thing she could manage their health.

Who ever answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up In my face. She doesn’t want to take 2 seconds of her time to answer any questions. Makes sense why this office had bad reviews on my health insurance portal. You can’t even make an appointment without doing all the work of getting records for them. Do not go here
