Antique alley is a venue of antique dealers who display their goods in one place. The alley does not buy but the individuals may. I do not know.

Each booth has different items. What ever the owner of that booth wants to include. Some do have paintings. The store collects the money from the items the owner of the booth decides to sell. One booth had hand painted matchbooks. That were very well done. At $15 each
