No such thing as "free"... You have to hire a surveyor to come out and find you lines. If you are needing lines located within a few feet and not pin pointed in such cases as a neighbor dispute or putting a fence right on your line you can use the "Hunt App" on your phone. My neighbor and I used this method locating lines on our property (we both have large tracts) and it got us but pretty close to the lines and we were happy with the results.
You can go on the tax assessor website and search for your address. It'll give information about the structure. The year built may or may not be correct, but it's mostly close.
