I've seen a lot of mixed reviews. I have been dealing with CDC for quite some time now and am very happy with them. I really think they do the best with what they have. All of the employees that I have worked with have been very helpful to me and kind as well. It is scary how many people are homeless or becoming homeless now. This place can help if you need or direct you in the right direction. You just need to have patience and make sure all the paperwork is turned in on time or call and ask for an extension. They will help you if you ask them. Hope this helps someone. Good luck

I am renting an apartment that they own and manage and I have/am going through problems with the apartment since the day I moved into the apartment complex (March 8th 2021) The Mantance guys don't know how to do anything and the lady who oversees the apartment complex I rent (Micheal Fox) is a definite joke and does not know how to do anything that with job in overlooking an apartment complex. Leaks in the bathroom and when it rains the roof leaks and my apartment gets quite damp throughout. 140 Zinfandel Drive

I can’t express how awful this place is. I’ve met a numerous amount of their staff and all are rude and unprofessional. I can’t tell if anyone that works there actually likes their job. It seems like they only work there because they are desperate for a job and nobody else will hire them.
