Staff needs an attitude adjustment. I have a loved one that was admitted earlier this week and had one of the staff call and ask if I could run a few pair of pants up there since they only bought shorts, not realizing it would be semi cold. The lady on the phone was rude to me for no reason, acting like this is my fault, when she could have simply told them no. I was told it had to be brought by 8pm tonight or never. There's currently a tropical storm passing the coast of Georgia and the wind is strong here making it not safe to drive due to the wind gusts. Healthcare worker to healthcare worker; if you choose to be rude and coldhearted towards family of the patient, quit your job and find a new one. Healthcare, especially this place of all places, is about HELPING others and being kind- not being rude. The people at McDonald's have been nicer and more compassionate to me.

Willingway Rocks! Love utilizing them as resource for referring clients both adolescents and adults. Great programs and great employees.

I love Willingway! This is my go-to place to refer my clients for substance abuse treatment. And they accept insurance in network. Thanks willingway!

Don't let them pick you up because you're not getting home unless you stay until all your money is up. They will gladly walk you to the property line, make you cross the street and walk off. And I'm black so I knew if I left trying to get home to NC I would be swinging in a tree. But they run up va bills and try to get the most out of t h e va as they can. I went to detox and they helped there until they could get 72k from the va. I'm in work right now to have the va remove them from the Care in the Community. It's very outdated and you're not gonna learn a thing. Just a break in your addiction. There's not enough space to write how awful this place is. All I could do was think of how bad I wanted to just get HIGH. And I had 3yrs clean. I went to detox from the methadone clinic but they kept me there until they could squeeze more money out of the VA Healthcare system. Don't even do it to yourselves. Now I have to copy this message on a folder because they took down my first review. So imma keep posting until the VA cuts them off. THATS MY MISSION

Not sure if your son still needs help try Sober Living America in Atlanta GA
Yes they are as they meet or exceed thor standards. Willingway stopped renewing their thor status because basically unless you have insurance, you cannot afford to here. I got out six months ago after a year mandated in and the thor folks approved them over the phone. But they are not looking to recruit mandated people, as few can afford it, so if you have insurance they will make a call and get appoval if thats needed.

Hi Suzy, we may be able to utilize Medicaid in some situations, but our admissions office will need to know more about the plan. Please fill out this form so we can look into the benefits: https://willingway.com/insurance-verification-form/. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
Hello Jonathan, Costs vary based on length and time of treatment. Please feel free to give us a call anytime for more information. Thanks.
They billed our insurance $70,000.00+.
No they're not allowed to, as a former patient I was denied calling my family for 5 weeks.
