I attempted to schedule a cleaning with Ecoverde. I went on their website and scheduled the cleaning with all the add-ons and the date and time. I have used other cleaning services and I originally thought the process was similar to that. However, a few hours after scheduling my cleaning service online, I did not receive a confirmation email despite me having a confirmation number that I received when finalized the order on the website. I decided to call them to get it straightened out. When I called, they had no record of my order. After several minutes of searching, she suggested that they used two separate reservation systems and she didn't have access to the second system but my reservation was probably there. Then she noted that when you schedule via the website, its actually not an appointment, its just a request for a cleaning. Although that wasn't made clear on the website and that I had every reason to believe the date and time I selected was available. Then I requested to just make a new appointment, so I went through with her over the phone about all the add-ons I wanted, replicating my online order. Despite the fact that now my order cost more than it did originally online, I was willing to pay whatever to get it straightened out. However, when we went to schedule this, after 30-45 mins on the phone with this person, she told me there were no appointments available for 30 DAYS! Not only is that an unreasonable timeline for a move-out cleaning, but also that would have been nice to know before I spent almost hour trying to schedule with this person + online. Don't be fooled by the veneer, this is not a well run company. Spend the money and go someplace where they have it together.

No, absolutely not! What's important is that we are able to access your home, whether that's through you letting us in and showing us around, through your building's concierge service, or simply by informing our team about your key box code outside. If you do provide access for the team, it's your choice whether you want to stick around or go out and take advantage of your free time. If you leave, be sure to let them team know how to lock up when they are done. Our cleaning teams do not hold on to keys so we will need ongoing access if you are a repeat client.

It all depends on the condition of your home! But as a baseline, take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours( eg. 3 bedrooms = 3 hours).
