So I’m not one for wanting to call out certain employees but sometimes it should be done. In the supply department works a young lady with glasses who honestly is not helpful and gives very poor answers. One time we walked in and she was on the phone and we stood infront of her and she didn’t even ask us if we needed help, didn’t even acknowledge us. She seems miserable. When she did attend us she gave poor answers almost with an attitude and urgency. Like I was an inconvenience to her. Ridiculous. The young hispanic gentlemen who also works in the supply department is extremely helpful and kind. He always asks if we need help with anything and gets moving when we do. That’s a working man right there.

Terrible product!! I ordered 20 peonies 10 white 10 coral. The white ones arrived in decent shape, but the coral one are dead. See the pictures. I contacted customer service have yet to receive a response from them! Recommend you Do Not order from this company. I found better peonies from fiftyflowers.com. and experienced excellent customer service. Try them!
