I understand with the virus going on, but having to talk to large monitor when you enter the building is no way to be greeted! My mother needs some tax papers. The lady wanted to mail them. I asked her if she could just print them out since we drove there? She was hesitant, but she finally did. Not very professional.

Based on my experience, (virtual) staff not helpful and does not engage in customer issues. Definitely not advisable for International clients, the support and service in practically non existent. (I'm a 20 yrs client) Today's visit doors says "open", but just have a video camera and all they issue is the customer support phone number. Most other companies in bay area are stall and happy to provide client services.
