This location is weird. Wouldn’t let me cash a check said I had to go to a check Cashing place … I’ve had an account for 5years and I’ve never heard of this. I didn’t want to use the app or atm. This is not customer service

Absolute worst bank ever!! Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!! Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!
