This bank is seriously a joke. Fees, fees, fees. Lousy customer service. Fees literally ENTRAP you into overdraft charges! Avoid this RACKET!

I don’t stop by this place often in fact this was my first time as this place. I had to withdraw $1000 on the way home but the ATM can’t do that so I ended up waiting in line for about ~15 minutes since it was busy. My suggestion to this place is to hire an additional teller. With the line buildup this is unacceptable. This is the same issue at the branch I frequent to but it’s more like a 30 minute wait there. Other than that, the teller was courteous and professional to process my $1,000 withdrawal with no fuss. Parking was the usual.

You have to specify or opt in to overdraft protection. You may need to provide a backup account to draft funds from as well, if you have more than 1 account with the bank
