Got cash out of their ATM and pay them a fee to do so. Went inside because I needed it broken down into smaller bills and they refused to exchange the bigger bills for smaller bills because I was not a "customer". I believe the fact that I paid them money to get my money out of their ATM made me a "customer". If I ever move to Baltimore I know which bank I would not do business with.

Wanted to put money into a Black-owned bank and love supporting a Baltimore business. So I opened a savings account. Then I moved across country and decided to leave my money here to support locals. Now I'm being charged a fee every month for a dormant account because I'm not actively putting money in or taking out of my savings account. Since I don't live here, I need to close it. Service was great, but I don't want to lose money to support this bank. Make sure you understand the fees before you open your account. Otherwise, great place to bank.
