I have been going to accurate taxes for some years now, they are very good people/ friends. IF someone needs taxes done, go to accurate taxes there the best

They are a great tax service however, I’ve been by trying to get in contact with them for three days. The phone is always busy, there hours are posted, open sign on but no one there. I understand I need an appt, and hours are subject to change, but if I cannot get in contact how can I make an appt? Also why leave the open sign on? I have a time limit to fix my taxes and I cannot get in touch with the person that did them.

Never again. Overcharged, added some things to my refund status that I knew nothing about which reduced my refund significantly then the phone is always busy . Just shady! Never again!
