best thing is to call and verify with them b4 going in, they are very easy to work with, friendly and down to earth. I don't c why they wouldn't work sumthin out with u. 1st tym I went I was very impressed by the level of concern the vet had 4 my pet vs. cost.
Did he have surgery?
I have had some experience with rabbits, but I'm sure the Dr here would have more then me.
I don't know what to say about your tortoise but the vet in Chowchilla might be able to tell you. Central valley veterinarian ( Fred Erickson) is the vet and he's on Robertson Blvd.
Sorry I don't speak Spanish, some of the staff does so maybe you should call.
