Very convenient and well priced. Great shuttle service. But my gripe is that the last two times I've used them (2 weeks in a row), upon leaving, the gate attendant (a different one each time) frustratedly ranted to me about working too hard and not getting any tips while the bus drivers get all the tips. The first time was no big deal. I made polite conversation and tipped them to brighten their day. The second time I also tipped because I felt pressured and awkward, but I have never considered a gate attendant a tipping job. Who does? They swipe your card and push a button. The bus drivers get tips because they hustle. They get you to your vehicle and handle your bags. I think this behavior is very unprofessional. Employees of the caliber who rant at customers about how unhappy they are with their job are probably working a minimum wage job for a reason would be my guess.
