Upset and disappointed are understatements to how I feel. They have poor communication as they never answer the phone. Overpriced and nothing truthfully “luxurious” about these. Look somewhere else.

I lived in this apartment for little over 6 months and it was the worst experience ever!! They are nice and at first but when we decided to switch apartments they charged us close to 4000$ for damages to the apartment. Make sure you take pictures of everything before moving as proof. Utterly disappointed!!

Had a townhouse for 2 years here. Just moved out. Would not recommend. Like many others say, it LOOKS nice because they maintain the property/exterior. But I had so many issues during my stay, from my garage flooding with water…to the roof leaking & causing drywall issues…The ladies in the office were rude anytime I had to call about an issue. The maintenance men would eventually get to you, but you’d never have any idea when Lol. Even to the end…I cleaned up the place best I could. Figured I’d either just get part of security deposit back, or worst case scenario, none of it. WRONG - they sent ME a bill saying I owed them $60 because after 2 years there…They had to do carpet stain removal, cleaning, resurfacing bathtub & shower floors…You know, stuff they probably would have to do everytime to re-home it to a new tenant Lol. Def. won’t be giving any positive words to anyone if they ask how my stay was there

This was my first time renting my own apartment, so of course I had a million questions. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I chose to sign the lease after I got to view the actual unit just in case I didn’t like it, but the actual unit was much prettier than the model unit they showed me. The kitchen could use major updating, but all in all it’s a nice, clean, comfortable place for me to call home. I think my only complaint is that there’s not a lot of parking so if you get home late, expect to walk a good distance to the door! Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live at The Biltmore after the stress of apartment touring. Thank you to all the staff & neighbors that have helped me out!! :)
