I did live in here for almost an year. Antonia is an excellent property manager who tries to address our concerns every possible way as she can, irrespective of working hours. On a side note I would like to highlight my bad experience while living here as well, which I request management to take some action. We had some problems with the floor, so we had raised the concerns and the floor guy (I don’t recall his name) came in and gave some free speech and walked way away by neglecting it. Every time whenever I used to ask for the update, he just used to give false ETA on floor fixing. Other than doing his job of looking after the floors, he does everything else. He was totally unprofessional with bad attitude, as if he was paying our rent for the apartment. Couple of other neighbours were also had bad experience with this guy. Fix him before it’s too late. Other than the floor guy, everything is good here. The only reason for 5/5 is because of Antonia.

Visited a friend and was impressed at how clean the property was. It also had a dog park gated in area new playground and this was just the outside. Once inside I was even more impressed with the modern feel and new updates throughout. If your looking for a place definitely keep this one in mind

I absolutely love managing New Cambridge Apartments! It’s been an amazing 3 years, the residents are wonderful, the maintenance crew does an amazing job and the apartments are conveniently located to everything!!! Stop by and take a tour of our complex, you won’t be disappointed.
