Last two visits i was very disappointed with my cut also waiting during processing (after my timer went off )for her (Amy) to do other cuts. The last visit I got highlights…well paid for highlights. My hair isn’t highlighted and my roots which she colored... still have a ton of gray on one side. My haircut is awful! So uneven. I called the owner and explained my disappointment. I wanted money back. I wanted to let her how bad my hair was. I thought she would have wanted to know. She offered me to come in see Hali which I agreed to. So Hali washes and blew dry my hair then charged me $30! So I left with the same awful color, no highlights and bad cut but had to spend another $30 (plus tip) I alway tip. Owner was there and never said a word to me. I work hard for my money and feel like I threw it away there. Because I did throw it away. Also this is my first ever bad review written ever that I could remember. All they had to do is apologize offer me some kind of refund but didn’t… I won’t be going back.(Review written 1 week ago I edited it to add name of stylist today as someone asked).

I have been going to Hair I am for several years now, and will not go anywhere else. The staff treats all clients as well as each other as family. Amy is a phenomenal hair stylist and color specialist! I highly recommend her for color, and highlight services as well as cuts. She is also amazing if you ever need a style for a special event. Amy did my hair for my wedding; she took her time to listen and understand exactly what look I was going for. Linda did my makeup and I can't say enough about these ladies! I walked out feeling like a princess ready for my special day. I also take my son to Amy for haircuts. She is the best. I highly recommend this salon!
