My family resides in Aurella of Cary apartments. The site of the devastating and fatal fire last Monday. Station 9 firefighters are true heroes. Especially to my 3 year old son. They responded so quickly & took every necessary action to help us all to safety and to protect our homes as humanly possible. Their sacrifice and bravery is forever appreciated and remembered.

We stopped by to see if our 2 year old son could check out the firetrucks. Not only did Mr. Nick and Mr. Kevin let him see the trucks, they gave us a great tour and gave him a hat to take home! They made his day!!
