Front desk service was entirely unhelpful and extremely rude. The receptionist refused to take any responsibility for a miscommunication on their end and walked away from the situation without resolving any issues. Highly recommend choosing another opthamalogist.

Came early for my appointment and the front desk claimed I was not on the schedule. I showed them my confirmation email and they said it must be because they don’t accept my insurance but after checking they said they do (Medicare). The woman at the desk then said “I don’t know don’t ask me” and walked away. I stood in the waiting room for 20 mins for someone to come back and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Even after they miscommunicated to me they were extremely aggressive, defensive, and mean. My family and I have been patients here for 10 years and we will be going to a different office now.
