THEY LIED TO US ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD DO. THE PACKAGE GOT RETURNED TO US. FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT CHANGING THEIR STORY. THIS STORE WOULDN’T GIVE OUR MONEY BACK OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED TO COME BACK WHEN THE MANAGER WAS THERE TO FILE “A Complaint” WITH NO GUARANTEE OF MONEY RETURNED OR DELIVERING OUR PACKAGE. A total disaster! Follow up- fedex never admitted their mistakes or made any effort to remedy things or even reach out. We ultimately went to UPS who charged us less and made the delivery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UPS store on National. They were real pros!

I had such a positive experience visiting FedEx at the Springfield, Missouri store on 303 E. Battlefield on Saturday August 17, 2022. The employees there - Dave, April, & Larri - are so helpful and authentic. Dave, who waited on me, was very patient, although it was nearly closing time. I had a textbook to return to a friend. Dave took the time to re-bind the book, wrap it carefully, and ship it. I also, had 2 pictures of my husband’s cousin’s deceased Mother and Father, from the ~50’s. She is a sharp and lovely, little elderly lady, who is going to be 90 years old next month. She asked me a few weeks ago, if I would re-copy the pictures & send them back to her. I was determined to get this done quickly. Dave wrapped, packed, and shipped the pictures. Our cousin called on Saturday, August 20th, and she was so excited, and so grateful that the pictures of her parents arrived so quickly! It warmed our hearts that all this little nearly 90-year old lady really wanted was to have a re-printed picture of her parents, and that Dave and FedEx, helped her to have that joy.
