Try to sell you mobile home they make buyer go thru background checks. During the procedure the office manager show the applicant other homes knowing they have a deal with you. Shady park manager in the office beware!

I stopped by to see my mom and only stopped by for a few hours when I came back outside my car had been vandalized with a final warning sticker posted saying that I was parking in a no parking zone and I will be towed. 1. Sticker on a window and now my window is scratched up with sticker unable to be removed on it 2. Final warning sticker when I wasn't warned in the first place 3. No signs with no parking signs anywhere in the park. Unless you live here you have no idea about their strict parking rules. 4. STICKERS is vandalizing private property. I am a visitor of this property and am very disappointed that I have to find some solvent to remove this God awful sticker on my car. Windshield wipers exist and a piece of paper works well.

Update, 2-5-22. Don't move into this mobile home park. It's a rip-off. Lot rent is now $600 per month. The rent increases $20-75 per month every year & has increased 74.1% since February 2016. Average yearly increase is 10%. Eighty percent of residents are over the age of 55. Rent increases like this are exploitive of the elderly. Children are not welcome here. Managers harass, intimidate & threaten eviction for trivial matters. Management holds tenants to a high standard but management has no standards at all! Park has frequent sewage backups, standing water/stormwater draining issues, frequent water leaks from buried water supply lines, aging electrical infrastructure, roads in disrepair & lots of rules that are not enforced. Cars parked on the street are towed but there is no visitor parking. The quality of the people living here continues to diminish due to lack of proper vetting. Lots of junky cars & motorcycles w/ loud mufflers constantly speeding thru the park. Residents experience problems w/ pests such as termites, ants, mosquitoes, stink bugs, bed bugs, mice, moles, raccoons & feral cats. Management is argumentative, incompetent & frequently absent. Maintenance is non-existent. Illegal drug traffic is also a problem. If you buy a home here, you will pay too much for it. If you decide to sell, good luck selling your home because it will cost your buyer $600 per month to live in the home you sell. (Plus three water bills totaling a mininum $60 per month) Also, surrounding commercial developments threaten to re-purpose this land & displace residents at any time. I DO NOT recommend. Zero stars! The Crestview Lakes guarantee...Move in today & in one year you'll do anything to get outta here. Guaranteed!

3 or 4 bedrooms and 1 or 11/2baths
Yes new and used, two new by the lake on Hazel Dr. And one double wide on a corner lot is used but very nice 👌
Yes
I don't know if they have any for rent. Before you move in you have to be approved by trailer park management. It costs several hundred dollars for a background check that is non-refundable.
there are some homes for sale by owner and some that are for sale by manufacturers
I'm pretty sure you are supposed to be with a resident
Call Rosa at 8593714320. She might know.
Okay
I don't know for sure, but some can be for rent.
Yep. 485 a mo. And garbage runs on Tuesday. Trailer payments, and all other utilities, are on the homeowner. Electric and gas are Duke, as well as SD1, Florence water and sewer, and Boone county water district. I think that's about it. I've been here 15 yrs...kinda like the place.
Most definitely
No, only for sale
No
Nope. You have to buy. They will refer you to holiday homes and a very rude salesman there. I'm now in the process of buying an actual house with property for less than they wanted.
No
English please
Just call them directly and you'll know
Yes you can have animals, not supposed to have outdoor cats but indoor is okay. For dogs, I believe they have to be approved breed by the leasing office and under 35 lbs. (Possibly 50 lbs. can't remember).
You have to own your mobile home but there are several for sale
It's $445 and it has gone up $105 in the last year-and-a-half. It's definitely the nicest park around. But just be prepared to live in a small socialist country because it is owned by a dictator now. You have to have the grass cut by every Monday morning inspection. The roads are wide enough to put three cars side-by-side on but they won't even let you park on the street they will tow your car out at your expense! It's the most ridiculous thing on the face of the planet.
485 single wide
