The agent was rambling on and on about how great this plan is and all it cover and it's not so great at all! They are very hard to get in touch with at customer service and to cancel your plan you have to send a notice 15 days before your next due date or they will take it out automatically from your account. Also, the agent I talked to the first time did not give me their email for cancelation correctly so they never received it and it resulted in me getting charged another month!
