I think walking along the creek is nice and peaceful, and if you go off the main path it is mainly peaceful and few people. The main playground and disc golf areas are too crowded I think. If you want more solitude and to enjoy nature by yourself I would recommend longer trails at lesser known places like gunpowder creek Park, or if you dont mind driving, Sharon woods has nice waterfalls and trails to see. Bellevue park has nice views of downtown and less crowded usually if you don't want to walk on trails. Good luck to you.
