My apartment was clean when I left. And still they didn’t not give me my deposit back and they have insisted I pay them $400 for a cleaning fee. I’m seeking legal action. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The apartment was not clean when we moved in. We had to clean it ourselves. Had a long list of repairs needed to the apartment the week of move in and apartment looked like it was put together cheaply. “Gym” had three pieces of equipment and you pay the same price you would for much better equipped gyms at other apartments. Cable is required whether or not you want it. You pay for valet trash that is supposed to be picked up every week day, ours was lucky to be picked up half the time. A lot of speeding cars even though a lot of children live in the area. Little sound proofing as you can almost constantly hear your neighbors. Their move out paperwork is very vague and they will make you pay for carpet cleaning + an extra cleaning even if the apartment is left in better condition than when you moved in - this is basically standard as staff warned us to just expect this cost since management charged everyone for it. I would not recommend living here.

Very clean, upscale apartment complex. Maintenance responds rather quickly and they seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly! Great community in which to live!
