I just looked at your account and you are paying the correct price. The price for a 5x5 at Amelia is $30. With tax the price is $32.03, and you also have $9 insurance so your monthly due is $41.03. This breakdown can be found on your receipts. If you paid less than this when you moved in, it is because we prorate on Move In. I hope this clears up your confusion. Have a great day!
Gate Access is 7am to 10pm every day, regardless of whether the office is open.
Emergency contact numbers are listed at the gate of every facility, as well as on the website at the bottom of the homepage.
I find it easier just to call in because it takes about 10 seconds and they emailed you the receipt.
