Was told it would be 45min. I said fine. Waited 50 to call back and make sure he was still coming. Tried to tell me he was already there and that I hit the bush button on him. Calling me a liar. Saying he's not stupid. Why would I wait that long for a cab standing here with groceries. So u professional. Would never recommend this cab service to anyone!!

Great service! Quick and efficient. I was out of town on business and needed to schedule a ride for someone last minute for a medical appt who doesn't use know how to use apps, Uber etc. The whole process start to finish was seamless.
