Best free camping site ever love the 360 view at night it's amazing bomb fires in the pit. I usually go alot I love it it's alot of fun going in my truck up hills it's amazing how quite it is all you hear is birds chirping but wats really cool is you can go shooting out there as well.!

Absolutely, I met folks up there in a freaking bus. The road is fine.
If you don't like gunfire don't camp near a military base. Most gun ranges are closed at night , BLM property is one of the few places you can try out your night vision scope.
There is no water at all available at the campground.
There is no surface water at all at Williams Hill. It is a high, dry ridge. The vegetation is mostly chaparral (brush).
