Things went well. I called ahead so Brianna was there when I got there and she helped me find what I needed. I just told the furniture I ordered gets here on time. That’s always an issue when things don’t show up on time

Wonderful customer service! TJ, the salesman helping me, was awesome! He gave me space to discuss and evaluate my possible purchase while checking in regularly, but not in a pushy way. Very pleased with my purchase and the friendliness of all the staff.

There is apparently a reason why the sales people don't have their telephone numbers for contact on their business cards. Why even give one to you?
Only one phone number and it transfers to the Philippines. They are of no help there at all. Terrible customer service!
