I stopped by the Tuff Shed office here and met with Jason Evans. He was able to help me design the shed that I needed and we even looked and some possible changes over what I had originally asked for. All of the paperwork went smoothly as did the scheduling. The installers showed up on time and my installation was completed in about 1/2 a day. I was not happy with the way it was setup and called Jason back. He stopped by with a set of ramps to add to it but they did not fit correctly due to a concrete ramp that was already there (that I had planned to use). They sent a person to look at the ramps and he removed part of the old ramp and now the new ones work perfectly. Excellent customer service both before and after that sale. I would recommend this to anyone.

It is hard to find a good product. I have to be honest I did not want to buy this but my husband was sold here we sit 10 years later and now we have 2. They look brand new. We have watched meighbors's shed come and go or falling apart. Best decision ever was our tough shed.
