Do they ever answer the phones. I have called several times over the last few days and no answer after being on auto hold for over and hour?

Only one phone number and it transfers to the Philippines. They are of no help there at all. Terrible customer service!

Sometimes they answer took 30 min last time for them to answer for me I usually just go up there
