I wouldn't ieven give this a star but u have too give a star to review do NOT RENT OFF MONTY EDGAR - mice in the walls - ELECTRICAL FIRE - SEWAGE BACKED UP FECES AND URINE DAY IN BATHTUBS FOR DAYS he uses ur cable wire for his electric so the wire melts and u have no cable. He makes up charges. He's a rip off . Thief ..It’s amazing how someone with records of multiple evictions, large sums of money due, bad checks, not paying their rent, using false names, and then have a District Judge evict them, will try to justify their actions with slanderous accusations. We let this tenant slip through the cracks of our background checks at the office. We will hold ourselves to a higher standard going forward. We have learned that there are “Professional Tenants” that leave a turbulent wake in their passing, and use the tricks of the their craft to get by with a few months of free rent. Flushing rags, Handi-Wipes, cigarette buts etc. down the toilet and then they wonder why they have plumbing issues and a disgruntled landlord. Enough said, the facts stand on their own merit.
