I have had nothing but good experiences with the sales people at Walkers Toyota. They are very low pressure and when we had a problem with a previous purchase less than a week after the purchase, they provided a vehicle for us to drive and took care of our car. They are always friendly.
They have an entire building dedicated to the pre-owned to the right of the main building

Yes. There is a drop box next to the garage doors in the front, if you open it up you'll find sheets, take one out and fill it out, unfold it and put a key to the car in there. Seal it up and put it in the in bin of the dropbox. This way toyota knows your car is there and they know which car it is and you dont have to leave it unlocked all night
