Employees say sit and someone will call you shortly. I sat for more than an hour. Then, Four of the five employees hid in the rear LOCKED room for 35 minutes and ONLY ONE is left to handle 13 people needing assistance. Then the poor solo employee tells me there is nothing he can do for you.

My wife and I were helped by a customer rep. by the name of Alex, he was very helpful and took the time to talk to us and explain everything on our bill and answer all of our questions. I highly recommend the xfinity store on rt. 30 in joliet for all your cable questions and needs.

Unfortunately there is no direct phone number for the store. Chances are as well that the cord has been recycled already as the cord and remotes are picked up daily. You can try and stop in when the store opens at 9. Good luck!

You have to go into the store and check that is what I had to do.
No direct phone number, maybe if someone gives you a business card when you're at the store because everything I've found is a 800# and even at the 800# they say they don't have a direct phone number for them and all calls will always be filtered through the 800# and there's no way to transfer anyone to the store. Weird thing is when you're in the store the phone does ring and they are talking to customers. 800# told me it's calls from the company but trust me I sat there for awhile because the wait was so long and you can tell if they are talking to an Xfinity agent or customer. I wish it wasn't so difficult to get through because I had to clean snow off the truck, warm it up just to drive less than a mile to make an appointment because it wasn't working on the app.

They are closed tomorrow Saturday, January 1, 2022 and opens at 11am on Sunday January 2, 2022.
They don't have to do that for a cell phone. You do it online or call them and do it over the phone. That's how I did it. Think about, non of the other companies had to come out to your home to do that. I say just make sure you aren't charged for the visit. Good luck!😊

An appointment isn't required as far as I know. I've only walked in.
The only way is to call 1-800-comcsst and have a call/text back or to just go to the store.
We have a month to month agreement.
I recommend you see YouTube on how to activate it I got mine and I couldn't activate it as easy as they told me when I got it so I called and no one answered the phone to where I had gotten the package until finally I did call the Xfinity Comcast and they send someone to fix it but they charge you $60 just to program your TV to my iPad or anyting $60 in an extra they spend more time my advice is go back to the store and tell them to explain it to you or to give you the instructions and a piece of paper
