When exchanging a box yesterday I accidentally gave the plug too my television when I turned in my box and cords at 2802 Plainfield Road location in Joliet,il. I need a direct phone number to call them so they can locate the plugin for my TV.

Unfortunately there is no direct phone number for the store. Chances are as well that the cord has been recycled already as the cord and remotes are picked up daily. You can try and stop in when the store opens at 9. Good luck!
