Winning big money !!! at delta downs first time here and will definitely be coming back. Delta downs has the feel of a big casino like those down the streets but with a more personal feel it wasn’t crowded I had the ability to go to any game I wanted the staff was super friendly. They had a few that were down but only a few still had a good selection of various amount of denomination games. I think I may have found my new casino to go visit and it’s a shorter drive which I really enjoy aswell.

Have played here 5 times and stayed here on 4 separate gambling treks … very appreciative of the monthly rewards / offers! My first visit, I came out ahead and played using the Boyd Gaming B-Connected Card. Shortly after, I received an offer for up to 2 consecutive complimentary nights with no restrictions except holidays so I reserved Friday & Saturday. I lost during that stay but relative to what the room, comp’d food and free play would have cost. During the summer, the offer changed to 2 complementary nights Sunday-Thursday and I booked a 2 night weekday getaway. Played and also enjoyed the pool. I came home with $1200 more than I went with! During the fall, my offer has been complimentary night Sunday-Friday and I’ve stayed twice. A random Thursday - I came out ahead and last Friday, I managed to break even. My only real complaint would be the smoke … whether packed with weekend players or sparsely populated, I think it reeks of cigarette smoke and needs more or better air filtration. I wish the pool area could stay open later and that it wasn’t “seasonal” as I only got to enjoy it during my July stay. In June, I was going to sit in the hot tub … went down around 9:30p and a sign said that it was closed even though the hours posted that it was open until 10p. During my September stay, it was closed for the season even though daytime temps were still hitting 90+ degrees. Of course, last Friday it was closed. Why can’t the hot tub at least be used year-round? More food options are coming and the new sports book just opened … I laughed at the random sports you could place bets on! I think the “high-limit” gaming area is in drastic need of updating … it’s off to one side in its own area and didn’t feel as nice, fresh, new and clean as the main casino floor. In fact, I didn’t play long in that area as it seemed dingy and dirty. The machines seemed outdated and the ones I played needed to be wiped down. Getting cocktail service was few and far between. It just didn’t feel like a high-limit area and reminded me of the penny slot area of one of Boyd Gaming’s Vegas locations. (That’s not a good thing!) Unless you love the feel of vintage Las Vegas, stick to the main casino floor. Brighter, cleaner, more vibrant, frequent cocktail service! No, it’s not as fancy as Golden Nugget but it’s closer to Houston, the comps are great and the hotel rooms are really nice. I love the huge walk-in showers! Staff are super friendly from front desk to security to cocktail servers to casino cashiers! Be sure to use the Waze GPS app to avoid highway construction and possible closures along I-10 in Texas and Louisiana … it saved me hours of wasted time sitting in traffic!

It was fun and not crowded, plenty of new slots to play. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they need better beverage staff, we were there from 6pm to 11:30pm and usually stayed in the same place for over an hour and never had anyone ask us if we would like a drink. When I did stop a server, she never came back. They do need more sanitizer or sanitizer wipes around the casino especially due to covid. It was an awesome night overall because I kept winning.

If you win big, yes you do, unless you have it memorized. I won 3,000 dollars and gave them my s s # as required by law. Good luck.
The lobby, where the main bar, live music, and guest hotel check in is non smoking. However the Casino allows smoking. Some people are very nice and will ask if they can smoke next to you. Others won't. The Casino does have a good ventilation system that helps with the smoke. After leaving I didn't feel that I smelled of an ashtray.
If you mean "hookups" - no. If you mean, can you PARK your RV there - sure. But you can't hook into any services.
They do have scheduled bus trips http://www.firstclasstours.net/services-in-use/delta-downs/
Not sure helpdesk can tell you!
Please contact Delta Downs directly. Generally, most companies do not monitor these forums.
Delta Downs is a slots and horse racing only casino
Change your pin and/or take them off your account.
I do not understand... No offense but why would you be calling me?
Not sure but there should be a channel guide in desk or you can press menu on remote.
I cannot speak for the casino, but generally if you can show that you are 21 or over, you may be able to enter. Might I suggest that you phone the casino and ask directly about their iD requirements.
Don't really know. But its my last time visiting them. 1200 last year one visiting. 600.00 again. And Monday April 18 900.00 dollars. It was so bad. I am going to say my butt in Houston. I can find something else to just throw it away. Never a winner there. You can try your lucky. I will go to lake Charles from now on
You can call the motel or download the app and put your card number in.

Great travels Douglas. You get a player's upon arrival and earn points for play and meals. The buffet is $15-24 per person. Not sure exact amount since my meals are always comp. The food court is better because of cost and availability to dine in or take out food.
Take your i.d. and gaming card. Go to cage at casino. They will direct you to a casino host who will assist you. Another way to do this if live out of State is to contact Tax office in La. Longer process but if you file with them and live out of State...you will receive refund for state taxes paid on your previous winnings. Why? Because in Texas there are no state taxes whereas in La. State taxes are paid. Great luck and continued wins.
The are mini fridges in all rooms, microwaves depend on the room you book.
