Got my bike here and have had a few service things done here (not the fault of the service team or the trek bike but mostly installing or fixing aftermarket upgrades) and the whole team is fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in. Great bikes and great customer service.

Mike any Avery are great ambassadors for TREK. They helped me figure out which bike would work for me (even put one similar together for me). And even though they didn't have the bike I wanted in stock, and I ended up going to Columbus to get the Allant+ 7S, they still treated me like I was family. West Chester will be my HOME STORE and for that, I am thankful. THANKS GUYS, Danny
