I rarely buy shoes anywhere other than Soft Shoe. They have a great selection and often have sales on all the name brands. Their staff are always super helpful as well. I’m glad there’s a local business that carries everything I need and I don’t have to shop in Lexington or online to get what I want.

We really are blessed to have a place like Soft Shoe here in Richmond! They have a great selection and the staff have always been super helpful. My review is mainly for the help we’ve had with getting shoes for our kiddos! They have a great selection of styles and colors, and the staff has been so kind and helpful with measuring my kids’ feet. They’re also good-natured when my kids run around in their new shoes! We all love going to Soft Shoe!
