Not going to lie here, The workers here are pretty good, they get you anything you ask for, within reason. No complaining at all, but the upkeep at the hotel is another story. There's only 2 or 3 cleaning people and they're scarce when they're here. There's a lot of people that live there on a month to month basis not a problem but when you have that may people in a consistent basis mixed with a cleaning staff that doesn't put their best efforts forward to get ahold of the cleanliness. And then you end up with, yep, you guessed it. Cocka 🪳. That's all I have.

It was ok. Room was nice and clean, friendly staff. Grass outside could have been cut, I have a small dog so it was to tall for him. The guy that checked me out was extremely pleasant and apologetic that ice machine upstairs was out of order. I should have asked if there was another because there was. Overall, I would stay here again.

I only have a three because their front desk clerk is very helpful and went the extra mile trying to make sure our stay was fine. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel because this one just wasn't as the pictures depicted. This is more of a "locals" place not a hotel. It has potential though

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. I spent $158 on a room that had yet to be cleaned, and was offered “new sheets” to me upon arrival. Instead of being offered to have it cleaned, as it smelled like a musty nursing home. The front desk employee was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude, and that is a complete understatement. I will make sure he loses his job. He tried to physically touch my boyfriend, and used foul language in his face. We were forced to call the police. I recommend hiring somebody or someone that knows how to deal with human beings, and knows how to do their job. That is the worst I’ve been treated by anyone in my entire life. To the owner, you should take the thousands of poor reviews you received on your hotel, and people hired- and do something about it, and soon. I will never set foot in another “wood springs suites” in my life again. If you want to sleep on dirty sheets, and get harassed this might be the perfect place for you!!:)
