We had a baby shower here for my sister's best friend. Staff was very courteous. The room we rented was clean and spacious. Provided with unlimited ice and water. We brought everything else. Definitely would recommend for a small intimate bridal or baby shower.

The room was clean on our arrival and the staff is very nice. We typically stay at Marriotts when we travel. Our room this time has the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life... The extra firm mattress woke both of us multiple times in the night and we both woke up with back and shoulder pain.

The hotel is beautiful and in an awesome location! My issue is the lack of care by some on the staff and management. We had an issue during our stay we brought it to the attention of the clerk who DID NOTHING... I called and asked for a manager, this is the kicker, the manager answered and identified herself by name and asked how could she help me... I said yes, I have been trying to reach you. This lady said, please hold a second... Not to long after a clerk picks up and says, the manager is not available and won't be until the next day. I was so shocked and get this 3 weeks later this property still have my small incidental charge being held. I definitely upstream this with proof of everything that took place and the lack of addressing the issue... It may not happen today or tomorrow but, it's coming! To pretend to not be at work in hopes of not dealing with an issue is horrible and this manager needs Coaching!

Amazing! Clean rooms, friendly staff! Convenient location! Most importantly Stacy (Assistant GM) was Amazing. Her personality was just perfect! Super helpful and friendly, even though we just met her she made it seem like we have know her for years!
