Positive: The location was great and the hotel felt safe. Staff generally were helpful, check in process was smooth. No one at front desk when we went to check out (about 4am, so understandable) but the front desk agent quickly returned when they saw us. Negative: I thought the pricepoint was too high for this hotel, and it didn't meet my expectations from hotel ratings. By far the least comfortable hotel bed I've ever encountered, both the mattress and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Minor cleanliness issues

Positive: It was well kept, and the continental breakfast was good (not great). It was a good hotel, but not better than others in the area with lower prices. Negative: I checked in after midnight, and they counted me as a no-show and deleted my reservation. Why not fix that bug? Also, the exercise room was locked. I didn't ask why.

The room was clean, but was incredibly small. I've never stayed in a room that felt so cramped. I'm not sure if all the rooms at this property are that small or not. Maybe we just got a bad room.

Positive: The location was great as far as fast food and shopping, all close by. Also the indoor pool was nice. Negative: The short blonde haired girl that works the front desk was very snobby and rude. There were a couple of situations That she was very rude about and unfair when if given a short time to explain them correctly the situations we¿re not as severe as assume
