I have a “code entry” deadlock that randomly decided to stop working. This was at 6:30am and I was deciding what to do. I called Gene’s locksmith at 7am and they answered right away. They gave me a number to text with where I sent pictures of my lock, my name and address, and I immediately got a call with an ETA within 30 minutes of my call. He then told me how much it would cost up front, which I agreed to. Matt arrived very quickly and was professional and so friendly. He got me in my house right away, after verifying my address with my license. I recommend this company and Matt to everyone! They are very responsive and quick!! Could not be more thankful.
