This store has a current problem. It is a 24 hour store. But today I had my fill. I have come multiple times over the last few months and the store is closed during business hours. Management needs to get it together I’ve counted 8 customers walk up to the door while writing this post. It’s 7:20pm on a Saturday.

I usually like this Walgreens, but today I got very disappointed. Some items were hard to find as they were not on the corresponding brand shelf. You can barely find anyone to ask questions, one gentleman was able to help me. I asked another gentleman on where I can find motion sickness medicine and he said that they don’t carry those, while I know Walgreens makes motion sickness medicine, he didn’t even bother asking someone else. I picked up the products I was able to find. Went to check out and no one came to the counter, there was other two people behind me and two people checking out at the photo station. 30 mins just to find basic products at Walgreens, and another 15 mins just to check out??? I’ll do the longer drive and go to Walmart, this is ridiculous as this is not the first time I encounter uneducated staff.

This location used to be nice but it has really devolved. If you call the pharmacy, expect to spend 15 minutes on hold, regardless of when you call. If you walk up to the pharmacy or drive up to the drive-thru, expect at least a 30 minute wait. Then, no matter how long you've waited, be ready to deal with people who seemingly hate their job and everybody that their job involves, including you. They're always rude and act like you are the biggest inconvenience they've had to deal with all day.

Find another pharmacy. ANY OTHER PHARMACY! Everytime I deal with this pharmacy, some problem arises that is never an issue anywhere else. They like to tell me my insurance is not valid, when it is. They take about 2 years to get anything done. Find another pharmacy... Preferable one with staff that has an IQ above 12. EDIT: I originally out one start, however, I'm adding one star due to one guy named Romy who seems to be the only one who has appropriate customer service and seems to be human. If you're going to deal with anyone, he's the only one worth dealing with.
