These are extremely good people. They are honest, up front and thorough. I came in and listed a few things I needed to have done and looked at on my Fusion and gave them my worries and concerns. They got back to me and filled me in on my questions/concerns I had promptly and left me with an extremely good feeling that both myself and vehicle were in good hands. Everyone here is a hard worker, and it shows with the crazy long queue of vehicles/appointments they had when I showed up. If you were looking for a location to have your vehicle worked on, look no further!

Your website and online says you close at 8pm. We arrived at 735pm and the lady said all the workers have gone home. Really? Change your hours of operation online. This is a disservice to the public. POOR.

Family went to Hibdons over 20yrs,today they wouldn't help w a flat from tires sold there.The very nice ppl.here at Pep boys did the work.Good bye Hibdon,Hello Pepboys.The man putting on tire worked non stop n ppl.up front were very helpful.Cool factor here 8 out of 10.

Yes, they are backed up most of the time. Now that the epidemic is slowing down, people are bringing their vehicles to them everyday. The staff and managers are working on vehicles, but you can keep calling or drop by. They will help you. This is a very good staff, been going here for years.

Yes. But some breaks are better than others. They said something about Wagner breaks said they are the best to get and did have a promotion at one time where you buy one get one free. I think it was Wagner not sure but one brand they had the promotion going
