Very very unhappy with the service and employee I had to deal with will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go there. The employees name is Jared he needs not to work with vehicles if he can’t do the basics of his job.

Have been bringing my cars here for years for oil changes. Took my car in Friday for a premium oil change with tire rotation. My car was running just fine when I took it in. Upon leaving, I noticed my car was not running smoothly anymore and felt like it was going to die. I called them and they said to bring it back in and they should look at it. After charging me an additional $85 for a diagnostic test, I was presented with an estimate of about $840 to change 3 coils, a set of spark plugs and a set of spark plug wires! First of all, my car was running FINE when I went there. I paid extra for the deluxe oil change with tire rotation (about $80), then was charged an additional $85 for a test on my car because of the way it was running once they got through with my car! Who in the world charges almost$1,000 to change spark plugs? I'm so disappointed, this was my go-to oil changing place, I repeat WAS!
