JUST USE RUMPKE!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. It would be a more accurate representation of a total crock of a "company". They scammed money off my family and admitted it! My family was over charged on several occasions for a 2nd can that we hadn't had for 2 years!!! I spoke with the billing manager and she admitted they had made a mistake in billing, then refused to fix it!! She began to argue and YELL at me during our phone call when I expressed that being over charged was simply not fair! The manager of billing argued over a mistake that was their fault! She told me my family was to blame as well! I had called the week previous to this and was asked by Amanda if I had a 2nd can and I said no because we didn't. The charges could have been brought to attention at that very moment but instead she just said ok and they continued on charging us for a 2nd can! Further more their customer service skills are less than to be desired. I can guarntee that if you call you will be interrupted repeatedly! Amanda is incredibly rude and very distasteful! This company is by far the most pathetic sorry excuse for a company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I cannot stress enough if you are considering using them to do yourself a favor and USE RUMPKE INSTEAD!!! I am both dismayed and disheartened by "Best Ways" buisness ethics. I cannot stress it enough just use Rumpke!! They should be called Worst Ways.

Driver has left my can in the middle of my driveway for months. After trying numerous routes to have the issue fixed, I've finally canceled my service with best way. Save yourself the trouble and don't use them. Service is despicable.

We have weekly service and bestway doesn't show up 50 percent of the time. I called last MONTH.. AND PERSON SAID TRUCK BROKE Down. 2 WEEKS LATER AND THEY SKIPPPED US AND OUR NEIGHBORS I called again they claim I never called. they refuse to credit our account. Customers beware.

Hello, I paid an additional rate to have my trash picked up at an off time (Monday morning). I was not told that the service comes at 5 am, the call recording of the two times I spoke to 3 reps (including the billing supervisor) last Friday will reflect this. I was refunded the amount today because my trash was not picked up, having been set out for the usual time of 7 am on Fridays, not realizing he came at 5 am. I was told by a seemingly irritated phone rep that the routing supervisor would not be able to fit me in and that I'd be waiting until Friday, my next scheduled pick up day and that I would be refunded the amount but not before claiming I knew and was told. I get the impression this is a small company and the quality/tone of the service reflects that. It is very take it or leave it, like it or leave and it is low on the bar for service today and locally. I once had a professional relationship with this company as a property manager, but residentially I have received basically poor service on the phone, in my opinion, in the form of uninformed, uninterested or undertrained reps. I will be submitting the feedback on Google reviews as well. I just wanted my trash picked up and even tried to work it out after the rep did not inform us of your company's change in schedule. I realize I could just go to Rumpke, but honestly, I just think companies like you factor that people depend on your service and must take it or leave it regardless of the quality and standards.

Yes you would need to let them know before hamd how much is out. The paint must be solid before they will pick it up. They recomend floor dry or kitty litter mixed in and set out to dry for 3 or 4 days.
